The Moonflower
The Moonflower is a heartwarming short film about what it takes to cultivate success, so that later we may flourish. Written and directed by myself, and inspired by the magical cinema of Georges Méliès. The film’s 4,000 hand-painted frames come together to tell us the story of how even the smallest seed of hope can be grown into something extraordinary, and perhaps even “the most beautiful sight in the universe”.
